Pretty quiet at ‘Meggie today. 10 or so vehicles in the car park, with a sizeable contingent of RAF rescuers training in the snow and a ‘pack’ of dog handlers & their beasts (not sure of the collective noun for dog handlers & animals) doing their thing. Everyone staying low apart from some Munroists post-holing it to Carn Liath.

Tricky snow still. Safe travel techniques utilised at 650m on a South East aspect whilst out on skis.

Watch out for the new slab that will build as winds increase in strength from the NE during the course of Sunday & buried weak layers in many places.
