Distinctly damp and gloomy as we headed towards Coire Ardair this morning.
Then as we started descending the upper slopes of Carn Liath the cloud base lifted, though initially Creag Meagaidh retained its (frequent) cap.
And then ……………………………. Coire Ardair in all its glory.
And Creag Meagaidh without its cap.
Coire a’ Chriochairein.
