All quiet on the Western Front!

8th February 2020

(Above) Coire Ardair main path. It was ‘Johnny no Mates’ for me today for my early trawl in to the coire – not a footprint in sight! Just a small dusting of new snow, prior to arrival of ‘Calamity Ciara’ !!

(Above) Inner Coire slopes to the ‘Window’ – one of the few clearing shots; a lowish cloud around for much of the time am.

(Above) Widespread scouring still on many exposed slopes – maybe that will change tomorrow / maybe not…..
