Winter jogs on….

(Above) Coire Ardair main path start of day. Puddles below the immature birch, from overnight rain – things improved quickly underfoot from around 400 metres.

(Above) Looking over to Sron a Ghoire and more evidence of the overnight rain – a small size 1 cornice triggered slab event (big enough to knock  over and bury you), quite low elevation around 750m on a steep Easterly aspect.

(Above) Blue skies above Coire a Chriochairein.

Still very snowy in the high coires,  spindrift and showers bringing new slab deposits to sheltered lee slopes – winter jogs on……
