Season start up at ‘Meggie
14th December 2012
A few internet access and teething problems yesterday (our first day) so no blog posting. Been very cold but was less so today with moderate winds and only a little snowfall during the day. Interesting facetted crystals here and there in the snowpack so we’ll see how stability/instability develops in the next day or so.
Pictures below were taken yesterday (Thursday). Ice is developing nicely and snow in the main gullies is crusty in places but the exit ramps are expected to see new windslab development during Saturday.
