‘California Dreamin’ ?

(Above) Looking towards The Window from Sron a Ghoire. Bitterly cold in the wind today but very clear light and welcome sunshine.

Really good snow-ice wherever the wind has scoured the surface but unstable windslab lurks in sheltered areas. Small avalanche triggered around lunchtime close to where this photo was taken from. Blue skies, sunshine, hard neve….not quite ‘California Dreamin’ but easy to lose concentration and not be aware of objective hazard from the snow.
