Depleted Cover

Milder conditions and a much depleted cover now below 600m.

That said there are still some deep drifted and now wet accumulations along the main track to Coire Ardair making egress a pain. Skis are  just about still useful for access; judging by the envious glances at my now 15 yr old cooking tele skis from a foot soldier as she manfully crested towards the second stand of birch – good effort young lady! You’re a better man than me Gung a Din!
