Contrasty
23rd December 2015
(Above) Camera just captures some of the pulses of punishing shower activity this morning. Face grit-blasted by graupel from the door of Aberarder Farmhouse all the way to 800m but a healthy facial glow like a brake light by the end of the day.
(Above) Weather cheered up later. Snow still on the move outside of showers this afternoon.
(Above) Looking into Coire Chriochairein. Obliterated by spindrift at times.
(Above) Large herd of red deer just crossed the main Coire Ardair path on the move to higher ground as the weather improved.
(Above) Big contrast to the weather compared to the morning. Looking down to Loch Laggan. Some pretty foul weather due overnight with 90mph gusts and rain at all levels.

Gosh that is a large herd of deer. Great to see the return of the white tops and hopefully its just the start.
