Snowing and melting

3rd January 2016

There was a definite change today at about 900 metres. At lower levels the snow was patchy and melting. Higher up the old snow was freezing, new snow was falling, it was windy and felt very wintery. Unfortunately the cloud level was about 850 metres so no good pictures of the snow.

Some snow and ice remaining in Coire Ardair.
