Improving visibility.

29th January 2019

After overnight snowfall at all levels there were light snow showers through the morning and a mainly dry afternoon.  Throughout the time I was on the hill there was very variable visibility. As I made my way up towards Bealach a’ Ghoire this was the view:

Not much of a view on the way up to Bealach a’ Ghoire.

Variable cloud. Looking back down towards Aberarder.

And while I was at Bealach a’ Ghoire this view across to Carn Liath suddenly appeared.

Mist returned. Aberarder and Loch Laggan.

Atmospheric view.
