(Above) The main Coire Ardair track well compacted for most of the way. Hard and icy at lowest elevations ( before the immature birch). A runner just about visible here beyond the upper trees and making short work of things as he took his daily exercise into the coire today!

(Above) Coire Ardair. Still not much ice development on crags. The main gully lines remain thin – with isolated pockets of moderately bonded slab still in the upper reaches
