Slim Pickings

Another overcast and damp day, with snow showers from mid-morning to around 700 metres – although there were some brighter periods as I came off the hill later in the day, which seems to be the way it goes!!

(Above) The forestry access track to Beinn a Chaorainn, on the Western end of our patch – remnants of wet snow only in the last section today.

(Above) Beinn a Chaorainn’s popular E Ridge not overly busy today! Shrouded in cloud from its base and largely snow free, so hardly surprising…

(Above) The ‘other side’ of Creag Meagaidh from the West, bits of the Moy wall just about visible, running the length of it’s shoulder. And some sunshine to brighten the day ( and mood)
