(Above) The general situation: a cover of snow at all levels today
(Above) Coire Chriochairein. Photo taken around noon. Note the drifting/scouring evident along the left of centre skyline. Winds picked up noticeably during the day.
(Above) Snow cover on the East-facing slope of a ridge that comes off Sron a Ghoire. Most of the snow (at all levels) is quite soft, dry and cold. Forecasted strong winds likely to re-distribute a lot of this tomorrow.
(Above) View down towards Aberarder Farmhouse with Loch Laggan behind. A cold, bright and wintry day today.
