Another fantastic day.

It was another fantastic day on Creag Meagaidh. However a haze in the sky  during the afternoon to the South-West was the first sign of a change in the weather.
Coire Ardair
Some substantial and potentially unstable cornices exist. Notice the cracking in the slope above as well as the mountain hare tracks which (wisely) beat a hasty retreat when he/she released what lay below.Â
The sun glistening off the ice near the summit of Sron a Ghoire. Some areas have been scoured and are very hard and icy. The haze in the sky off the the South West is the first signs of the spell of good weather breaking.
