(Above) The chaps from the Met office delivered! A promising looking start to the day, with a clear range coming into view from the A86

(Above) Things only got better – excellent cover in Plateau areas, with firm conditions underfoot, and just a light cooling North Easterly breeze.

(Above) Some new localised accumulations of hard slab above 900m,  mainly on North Westerly sheltered lee locations, just off plateau areas….. all pretty much avoidable.

(Above) Blue sky day to the end – nice one! We’ll have more of that – well done those chaps from the Met 🙂
