Sron a Ghoire from Cairn Liath – dusting of snow only above 800m
Sharks Gultch notch – on the ’round’ from Cairn Liath
Old cornices all slumped re-frozen and stable

The ‘SIT’ – Stability Indicator Technician (and that’s what happened!)
All pretty much re-frozen and stable now after the last melt down and then a re-freeze, cornices where they remain all fairly solid – however the weather man is giving us some new snow showers on mostly Western ranges which sometimes can end up with more coming our way than thought. Nothing until during the day on Sun and even then not in any great quantities – but we’ve been caught out before!
So if you’re up high and it ain’t old ref-rozen stuff you’re playing on and it looks kinda all new white and fluffy and especially if its a cornice you’re under /on top of  – hmmmmm, might not be a good call to stick around!
