High level drifters….

15th February 2014

(Above) Sron a Ghoire –  Plumes of wind blown snow (against white background clouds) cross-loading onto these high, sheltered NE gullies
(a certain amount will be sublimating to atmosphere in current conditions – nonetheless hard slab forming in high, lee locations)

(Above) Coire a Chriocharien (Stone Coire – not many stones!)

….but lots of high level snow available for transport and re-distribution
