(Above) En route today to Coire a Chriochairein – a  rather startled looking Meggie ‘Ptarmigan’ somewhat away from its normal stamping ground

 

Clearing visibility revealed  both spindrift / drifting  new accumulations around coire rims and a budding canine assistant –  enthusiastic, although has to be said despite obvious interest in the technical side of things a little way to go!

 

Lots of new snow in high sheltered lee locations.
