A nice start to the day…

4th February 2016

Clear summits, light winds and a bit of sunshine this morning. Things slowly deteriorated as the cloud dropped, and the wind and temperature increased.

A group were out on snowshoes today with evidence of snowshoe use yesterday too – a good way to travel in the current soft snow conditions.

My party certainly made quick time up Coire Ardair path with snow shoes, a great learning curve for my two inexperience mates.
