Fresh Snow

28th January 2017

Around 5 centimetres of snow fell overnight and today with light winds so there is a fairly even cover. Poor visibility in the cloud for most of the day so some pictures of the amounts of snow at different altitudes. A clearer period gave the chance for a few other pictures.

A dusting at around 400 metres.

There was about 5 centimetres at 700 metres measured where it sat on a patch of old hard snow. Similar amounts at higher altitudes.
