Scant

3rd February 2017

(Above) Sron a Ghoire today. Limited snow cover prevails for the time being. Only a trace of overnight snow and that was reserved for the very highest summits. Showers of rain died out to leave a brighter afternoon with cooler temperatures. Some snow in the forecast for tomorrow though which should improve the scene above.

(Above) Bit more of a dusting in the hills further west and south of Creag Meagaidh.

Most of the snowfall on Saturday forecasted to be from dawn onwards so stability expected to decline in steeper lee areas as the day progresses.
