(Above) Ardverikie beach, at Kinloch Lagan – perhaps the place to be. Some folk at any rate enjoying the weather, although perhaps not swimming just yet!
The high pressure and dry settled conditions will continue for a spell; freezing levels are set to remain above summits throughout although the SW winds will continue to freshen over the tops as the high pressure begins to put a squeeze on things by Sunday.
