A dusting of fresh

(Above) A bright sunny start to the day, with a fresh cover of snow above 700 metres – things were looking up!

(Above) Coire a Chriochairein – up close and sadly any new snow turned out to be largely cosmetic

(Above) The view by midday, looking back down towards Loch Laggan. Clouds filling all the time from the South West – in readiness for rain to all levels in this next period. Ah well – it was all looking quite pretty for a day!

(Above) Looking into Coire Ardair as clouds began to fill…..
