This blog is intended to provide hazard and mountain
(Above) The View looking East from Creag Meagaidh’s Puist Coire Ardair. Not quite rinse and repeat of yesterday, as the sun came out for longer, the wind was less and the cloudy periods were shorter – so not rinse and repeat at all (apart from the photo!)
(Above) Good access into Coire Ardair, firm from compacted foot travel, with good cover  from the start of immature birch on approach
(Above) Looking directly at ‘The Post Face with it’s 3 distinctive gully lines from left – right: South Post, Centre Post and North Post. Still lean enough despite a good general cover elsewhere; the lack of wind / drifting during snowfall periods more of a feature this winter than is the norm……(least I speak too soon!)
