(Above) The view of Creag Meagaidh today from Cairn Liath. Snow in retreat from many plateau areas; decent cover still to be had on summit slopes of the main ‘massif’ itself.
(Above) Happened upon this ‘Lifestyler’ at the Cairn Liath summit cairn – claimed to be making his way to Lochan a Choire for a swim…….seems to be the ‘in thing’.

    Almost believed it was a a real photo.
    Checked with the King Of The Potato People who lives at the back of my garage and he said “proof and independent verification needed”.
    However, once had a discussion with the Boggart of the Trough of Bowland who told me the secret of life was raw onions and a daily ice plunge in Longden Beck so I am not the one to judge.
